BUILDING A SUSTAINABLE LOVE BATTERY by Cathy D. Slaght
The primary goal of the daily energy clearing is to create a nurturing hearth for light energies from surrounding fields.
There are both lower and higher vibratory energies, unseen, surrounding us. Our own energetic system pulls in, or interfaces, with whichever match up with OUR energy.
Ideally, we’ll match up with the higher ones- that’s what brings in love, joy, optimal health, abundance, and so on.
That’s why taking care of the body is significant. Yes, everything is energy, but the body can be looked at as a battery. We want our charge HIGH. It’s not ALL that’s involved-for example, thoughts are also primary- but it seems like the more drained the body happens to be, the more challenging the thinking process becomes.
The SRC4YOU is clearing patterns of stress related to all this, so charge/voltage can rise.
You could say we are upgrading our conduits.
And so, we come to the lungs.
Lungs were my primary point of stress. As Lady Gaga says, I was “born this way”. Before age one, I was in and out of the hospital for pneumonia. In school, I passed each grade because of outstanding teachers who would send my work to the house when necessary.
At age 35 I was briefly diagnosed with lung cancer. Turned out it was just a worse case of pneumonia- back then it took some time to receive X-rays. When they came, the doctor said he didn’t know how I had survived, my lungs were so filled with scar tissue.

As usual, there were rounds of antibiotics and I was back on my feet, until I wasn’t.
This lung related stress impacted skin and large intestine as well, because these are energetic partners. More on that another time.
Only after purchasing energetic stress management software and working with it daily, did my lungs begin to self-regulate.
I made very few nutritional changes at that time, but had results anyway. But then, about 6 years ago, there was a serious relapse. It was at that point I truly understood the significance of the nutritional component of this work.
We know the primary function of the lungs is respiratory, but a weakness can also lead to despair, grief, sadness. This was true in my case.
So, the next few days we’ll gather some information on lungs.

Acceptance, Joy, Peace and Calming, Raven, Ravensara, Eucalyptus, thyme.
(Essential oils can help raise voltage. These are said to be particularly beneficial for lung related stress.)
