COOPERATE WITH REALITY by Cathy D. Slaght
I never really thought about getting old MYSELF. I'd go to the gym-every day, back then- see the old ladies sitting in the wet area ( pool, spa, whirlpool) and feel sorry for them.
(They actually did to be having fun in spite of being old and decrepit.)
I was enjoying life, thinking, somehow, that I'd be young forever. Also, for some crazy reason I believed if someone was "fat" it must not bother them. Otherwise they'd go on a diet and release the extra weight. After all, that's what I'd done.
What I didn't know is that after age 30 metabolism starts to slow down, getting slower every single year.
Somewhere in my 40s I started to get fat and couldn't take off the weight. I also got super-busy and couldn't get to the gym.
But I want to take off this weight. There's a lot more associated with it than just appearance- like morbid physical and mental disease. In my case, the weight has gone primarily to my belly, and I know that's dangerous.
So, for the past few posts we've been talking about "big bellies" and looking for the reason so many, whether male or female, appear to be in the last stages of pregnancy. The reason could be different for every person. One way to find out is to scan an individual's energy field with the SRC4U. (I've been looking for volunteers to put this to the test.)
The reason a scan's so informative is that our energy field is like the world wide web, only infinite. It's a treasure house of information that can be accessed with software, just like the world wide web can be accessed with computer software.
It's actually the only way to get a grip on the real world. What our 5 senses reveal is only a sliver of what's really going on.
For example, yesterday's volunteer wasn't aware that she was getting too much sugar because she didn't actually drink cokes, eat desserts, candy, and so on.
Now, because of the information received in her scan, she knows to take a deeper look at the processed foods in her diet. Maybe she'll also cut back on eating out, since many restaurant foods are loaded with sugar.
The next volunteer is a 34 year old mother of 3. She has become extremely heavy since the birth of her second child. This has been accompanied by depression. Here's her scan:
And a refresher-
It's a mathematical universe. A scan is all about the numbers that come up.
The lower the number, the closer the issue is the physical body.

Her "belly" is related to genetic, not enough exercise, and not enough fruits and veggies.
Am going to start with fruits and veggies. Most of the time we have a beige diet. We need some color, and I'm not talking about fruit loops . No need to go overboard- just a few greens and/or berries, would be a good start.
As far as genetic, there will be more detailed posts on this in the future. Bottom line, science has discovered that it's not really genetic, but rather environmental influences that create our reality.
Our cells are receptors, communicating with the energy field OUTSIDE of us.
So, let's say all the women in your family are built like sparkplugs and have apple bellies.
You don't have to go the same route. Change YOUR environment.
Again, we'll go into much more detail on this in the future.
Because I want to talk about exercise.
Exercise is vital- here's why:
As energetic beings, we operate by voltage. The higher, the better.
Our voltage comes from a tiny organelle in the cells, known as the mitochondria.
Every cell has mitochondria, although the numbers vary. For example, every cell in your eye has 300 of these tiny batteries.
That's what the mitochondria is- a battery. It produces our energy.
As the mitochondria wear down, we age, and vice versa. But now our environment has caused premature breakdown of the mitochondria. Sugar is possibly the #1 culprit, but there are also high levels of stress, heavy metals, and so on. These all are factors in mitochondrial breakdown.
But muscle cells are 50% mitochondria! Exercise is more important than eve before, because of the environmental stress we're facing.
There's a challenge - the heavier we get, the less active we are. Yet if we don't somehow get some exercise, we continue to lose MORE muscle mass.
This information forced me back to the gym. Until I get there, I hate it. Once there, I love it.
I learned that strength training, not aerobics, is most significant in rebuilding and maintaining muscle mass.
So, at age 34, the most important thing our volunteer can do is start to exercise. A few veggies and berries wouldn't hurt either.
She can let go of the limited belief that she has no choice in her size and shape because "it runs in her family" It's all an illusion, based on the limited capacity of the 5 senses.
As for me, I'll keep going to the gym, do my strength training, and then sit in the wet area with the all the other happy old ladies.
The lady in the picture is NOT me- I can't lift that much.
