There is nothing like the SRC4YOU- my opinion, anyway- to assist with this. (Think about it. We’ve turned everything BUT our health over to computers, and yet our own system is the most powerful computer system of all.)
To democratize, start by looking up things up for yourself. Here’s what I found in reference to copper related stress: First, liver congestion, and dark circles under the eyes- known as “liver shiners”- can be signs of copper toxicity.
More often, though, what’s going on is copper balance is “flipping” from toxicity to deficiency.
It may turn out that even though we haven’t heard much about this (like the 8 sugars, which we’ll be talking about soon) it’s a serious issue.
Symptoms of this "flipping" - inability to lose weight, low blood sugar, carbohydrate cravings, migraines, chronic yeast infections, ADD, chronic inflammation, “wired and tired”.
The challenge- our medical professionals have been trained to call this, among other things, hormone imbalance.
Root source cause- it seems to trace back to the liver.
Some steps in the right direction, but do your own research: Don’t hyper-supplement with vitamin D, eat foods with HFCS, or take ascorbic acid- type products. Instead, eat REAL foods.
When it comes to supplements, make sure they’re good whole food supplements. For starters, some online information suggests 500-800 mg of vitamin C a day, vitamin B (particularly B2 and biotin)
Bring stress patterns into balance. SRC4YOU is a vital step, for me, anyway. But, also, EFT (tapping) is easy to incorporate into a daily routine. Just pull up a YouTube and follow along.
(EFT is about letting go of emotions, and it turns out unresolved emotions are often triggered by mineral stress.)
Above all, don’t obsess over any aspect of your health. You're in charge.
This means everything in moderation. So, don’t eat or take the same things every day. The body may then lose sensitivity.
Also, it’s amazing how well we respond to the IMAGES of certain foods and supplements. (Remember, we ourselves are computer systems.)
