EVERYTHING WAS FINE TILL THAT SNAKE CAME ALONG! by Cathy D. Slaght
But- that’s an ancient myth, right?
Science validates that we are manifestations of our biochemistry… billions of neurons in constant communication. Our feelings are just readouts of this. Chaos related to these neurons is the REAL reason we often create exactly what we DO NOT want.
For more information, check out Dr. Robert Lustig on YouTube, or read his new book The Hacking of The Human Mind. I’m listening to the audio version on scribd.com. Here’s a link for a free trial- they require a credit card, but you have 2 months to cancel before your card is charged.
I’m not on the scribd.com payroll- in case you’re wondering. But awareness is key to increasing voltage. There’s a wealth of information in this book. (I’ll be sharing to the best of my ability.)
Dr. Lustig explains that, at present, there’s a big power struggle between the neurotransmitter serotonin, which creates a pathway in the brain for contentment/happiness- and the neurotransmitter dopamine, which creates the reward pathway.
He says serotonin is losing- because tryptophan, a precursor to serotonin, is an essential amino acid that’s extremely rare in food. Because of this, we're not making enough- we do it in our guts- to serve our needs. Result? We’re not happy. On the other hand, the precursors for dopamine are in processed foods, so we have PLENTY of dopamine.
As dopamine goes up, serotonin goes down. As a result, we're DRIVEN to seek rewards, thinking they will make us happy. But they do NOT- because we’re low in serotonin. The result? Varying levels of depression and/or addiction.
Dietary changes can help turn this around. Dr. Lustig says EGGS are a top source of tryptophan. When I googled this for myself, though, eggs showed up LAST on the list. I’m going with Dr. Lustig, because he is a top biochemist, working with technology that measures all this. However, according to online information SEEDS, particularly pumpkin seeds, are the top source. Check this out for yourself.
Because of information the book provided on Omega 3 fatty acids, I now keep them on my desk to make sure I take them first thing every morning. I’d read years back that fatty acids could replace Prozac, now I understand why that might be. They influence membrane fluidity, allowing cells to “snap back”. It could be we all need some pathway repair.
(Omega 3s are found in fish, but the fish do not make them. They EAT them, in the form of algae. Farmed fish eat pellets- not algae- which is why we don’t want to eat farmed fish.)
But what is DAMAGING the brain? Sugar. It screws up neurotransmitters- in other words OUR CREATIVE POWER.
Dr. Lustig says this “messing with the brain/neurotransmitters” has been done to us INTENTIONALLY, complements of the corporate structure.
So, maybe there IS a snake.
Today’s group information- etheric, not physical
In yesterday’s scan we requested TWO issue solver panels, each for the maximum time, which is 3 days- the stress management is related to neurotransmitters. Here are the issues we requested be balanced-
anti-aging, children’s issues, injury/emergency, strengthen, chakra root, chakra splenic, conceptional vessel, deficiencies and weakness, digestion, fugus, governing vessel disharmony, heart excess, hormones, large intestine meridians/acupoints, PH, hlegm, po correction, small intestine deficient, stomach deficient, yang organs yin, and yin quai mai disharmony.
And the S-he-motion message? “Speak this 3x today I am cool”.
