RECOGNIZING THE PUPPETMASTERS – SO WE CAN CUT THE STRINGS by Cathy D. Slaght
There's a pile of papers next to my computer- with so much information from S.O.H.O that. I'm feeling overwhelmed as to how to share it.
So, last night I decided to turn it all over to THE BIG MIND. You know, the mind we have that knows ALL.
I wanted to see what would happen.
The conscious mind was saying “Cathy, finish up with these papers and then clean up this house.” BUT, the BIG MIND/ subconscious led me to YouTube, where I ended up watching some comedy routines by Ralphie May. ( I hadn't been familiar with his work, but had seen his name mentioned, so was curious.)
It turns out that Ralphie May was a comedian who flowed with the Big Mind. He couldn't have written such creative routines otherwise.
He was known for BLOWING UP institutional thinking.
In other words, he challenged the programming most people seem to succumb to. FIRST- with himself. He'd had more than his share of hardships. But instead of letting them define him, he went on to develop a comedy act that made him famous.
Along the way he revealed some truths by poking fun at things in a way that wasn't “politically correct”- but, as he would put it, CORRECT.
He was messing with the PUPPET MASTERS ,who seem to like to control what we can and cannot say.
In one routine he talked about retarded people. NOT mentally challenged, he said- the word is retarded. Somehow he got away with using this term- judging by the audience not getting up and walking out. He then went on to explain that THESE people could be the WISE ones in our society. Simple things made them very happy. For example, a thermos filled with chocolate milk could bring JOY.
He continued by saying- and let's face it - that most of us who are blessed with what seems to be properly functioning brain cells struggle to experience JOY. Nothing is ever enough. The more we get, the more we seem to want. True contentment is rare.
Much of this could be due to the Puppet Masters/ i.e. corporate controllers, who have been said to know how to mess with our neurotransmitters- making sure we continue to search for joy, only finding it temporarily. This is profitable for them.
Sadly, Ralphie May is no longer with us.
As you can see from his picture, he was a big man. Apparently he had suffered from obesity all his life. But then, at 16, he was involved in a car accident, broke 42 bones in his legs, and went up to 800 pounds. Later he had gastric bypass surgery, where he went down to 350 pounds.
But his health was compromised.
On Oct 6, 1917, at age 45, he died of cardiac arrest.
What a loss. Ralphie May appeared to be FILLED with love- which is maybe why he could get away with saying outrageous things. I wonder if he was on any kind of nutritional program.
Omega 3 fatty acids, for example, are said to be CRUCIAL when it comes to health, especially heart health. He could have afforded them, but I wonder if he even understood the significance. Most Americans don't. Can't say it wouldn't helped, was just thinking.
(Did you know that even most cardiologists don't recommend EFA to their patients?)
Also, it made me think about a presentation at S.O.H.O – a teenage boy had been severely injured in an automobile accident, It was a head injury, and he was in a coma, Things appeared to be hopeless, However, a friend of the family had some HIGH UP connections with someone at the FDA. This person went to the hospital and instructed them to put OMEGA 3 FATTY ACIDS IN THE FEEDING TUBE.
Against all odds, the young man regained consciousness, left the hospital. Still, there was some brain damage. SO, they continued the fatty acids and also put him on CBD oil.
He fully recovered, and today is a successful D.J.
The Omega 3s got much of the credit. They are said to promote brain health, as well as heart. Also, experts explain they assist in the flow of electricity through the body- and we ARE electric.
But- IMPORTANT - The body doesn't make EFA, so we must EAT them- and that's a challenge. Some say eat fish, but once it's cooked the EFA are mostly destroyed. Green leafy vegetables are a good source, but, only in large amounts- and yes, I ate all that spinach yesterday but am not sure I can consume that many vegetables every day.
It seems we need to supplement. Also, because of what essential fatty acids do related to depression, I wonder if deficiency- which is epidemic- could be part of the reason for the lack of joy so many experience.
But for tomorrow - let's move on- to CBD –
Today's scan- etheric, not physical
