A LIST: IS THIS WHAT IT TAKES TO CONNECT BODY AND SOUL? by Cathy D. Slaght
Over the past few days we've been running the SRC4u Software P4 on “stress related to the heart”.
(A couple of new lists for scanning are in the VSA.)
Now it's time to focus on clearing, etherically, depression. You'll see a new protocol in the screencast. Kevin can download it for anyone who doesn't yet have it. (if you're an energy visionary it could also be sent to “the situation of depression in the U.S.A.)
Had planned to add an emerald image, but, energetically, we want to focus only on the depression protocol at this time. Hopefully tomorrow we'll be ready for some crystal energy. Also we still have some yin organs to de-stress.
Meanwhile, yesterday the book- Logic in Sequence- was loaded into our session as a new cocktail.
(by the way, we've also been receiving, via the Reiki Pro Tool, the Reiki Dai Ko Myo symbol, which is all about coming into self-mastery. This is what Logic in Sequence is all about.)
The thinking behind sending the energy of a book or article to our etheric fields - Edgar Casey is said to have often placed a book under his pillow. As he slept, he would absorb the information.
So, what can it hurt to load this book into the SRC4u Software? According to the dowser, it was an 89% benefit!
It isn't much of a page turner. Am continuing to plow through, though, because just when my eyes are fully glazed over something brilliant comes along - usually buffered by Whitman's dry sense of humor.
For example- he was known to fast and meditate for days at a time in his search for Divine Guidance. In one instance, after days of this, he said a “portal” opened over his head and White Light began to pour in.
He waited for the powerful message he knew he was about to receive.
Then it came: MAKE A LIST. “What?” he says he screamed out. “That's too simple!”
The portal closed, the Light disappeared. He called out again, with apologies- LOL- and it reappeared.
Here was the essence of the message- list all your goals, including what you want to do for the world, then desires, but with thought to karma, . In other words, don't let the ego take over. Include areas where you would like to make amends, add all uncompleted acts, even so basic as sewing on a button.
The list will be long, and will change from day to day. Look at it every morning and evening.
Starting with the simplest, accomplish a minimum of one each day.
AND- don't share what's on your list with anyone unless it's a group endeavor.
According to Whitman this is an excellent way to get out of OVERWHELM. Plus, as he puts it-
“At the present time (and this was 1989!) we may feel unable to make a difference in preserving our forests, re-mineralizing the earth and reducing the amount of toxins used to contaminate our soil, food, water and air, yet we can place these things on our list. Just by looking over the list morning and evening we will gradually become a positive force in taking action to overcome all those things that are in the process now to destroy our planet's ecosystems, biosphere, water, air, etc.”
Here's the new depression protocol, etheric, not physical:
