A WHOLE LOTTA CLUMPING GOING ON by Cathy D. Slaght
I mentioned a few posts back that I was looking for volunteers to be scanned regarding the "root source cause' of a "big belly".
The first volunteer- and of course this remains anonymous- is in her late 50s and has struggled with weight most of her life. She even had gastric bypass, lost weight, and gained it all back.

As you can see, the two issues are "not enough sleep" and "sugar".
The sleep and sugar might actually be connected.
"But I don't eat sugar", she said.
And I get that- I don't eat "actual" sugar often, either, I like pizza, bread, potatoes, snacks. But guess what- all that TURNS to sugar. Somebody once told me I might as well scoop out the insides of a baked potato and fill it with sugar, because that's what it turns to once eaten.
PLUS- anything processed has sugar in it. Even a piece of toast has sugar. The average American eats 48 teaspoons of sugar a day without even knowing it! Restaurant food, for example, is loaded with sugar!
This is a disaster for the American people. Our illnesses- diabetes, cancer, etc, are at catastrophic levels.
And here's the reason sugar has such a negative impact:
Our cells are designed to need a certain amount of sugar. Once they get that amount, they close their doors. Any excess must go into the blood stream.
In the blood stream, the sugar will look for a protein- i.e. hemoglobin- and "clump" to it.
Wherever the "clump" goes is the disease.
To the heart- heart disease. To the brain- Alzheimers. And so on. This process is known as glycation, but I just call it "clumping".
And there's been a whole lot of clumping going on.
With the information from this scan, she can take a closer look at how she's getting the sugar into her system. She can investigate nutritional products that help with blood sugar. There are many approaches.
She might investigate amino acids- more on that in a few days- which are amazing when it comes to eliminating cravings.
As far as sleep, cutting down on sugar might solve that problem. If not, there's a wealth of information online that could help. The SRC4U software could even scan a list of solutions and see what resonates best.
