CONTROL/ALT/DELETE- ON THE COMMODE? by Cathy D. Slaght
Yesterday Dr. Kersey shared a technique that can help amp up energy for manifestation...he does this at the end of each day. Don't know how long he's been following this procedure, but from what I've read it takes 62 days to reset a habit- not the 30 days that some speak of.
Despite the best of intentions, I totally forgot last night. Have a note on my pillow for tonight. If I DO start, this statement has to be repeated every night until April 8 before it becomes interfaced with my energy. (How many times, I wonder, have I started something that could have been beneficial but stopped too soon, thinking I couldn't tell a difference?)
Here's a repeat of the procedure:
Say RETURN. Then imagine hooking into a Light that goes into the top of your head and through your tailbone. Next, state: “I now untie all toxins and chemicals, organic or inorganic, living or non-living, internal or external, and STRENGTHEN my ability to maintain the level of health I have just reached.”
In thinking about this, I realized it could be powerful to first put a drop of frankincense essential oil on the top of the head and THEN do the procedure. Checked with Dr. Kersey, he said YES.
Frankincense on the crown chakra is said to block negative energy, and as we sleep we can be vulnerable.
While on the subject of essential oils- there are certain ones that are said to be extremely beneficial for manifestation. For starters, here are three: Orange, Lavender, and Clary Sage
Orange is known as the oil of abundance. For one thing, it can be sprinkled on the paper affirmations are written on.
Lavender is the oil of communication, helping to express what's really needed.
Clary sage can play a major role in manifestation by helping one see what's truly going on.
Essential oils work with intention, so if you don't have these particular oils, just grab ANY, say what it is you want, and then inhale, diffuse, or put a few drops on the skin.
But- still following the dots...since writing affirmations came up in reference to orange essential oil, I'm led to share some additional information. Take it or leave it-
First, back in the 70s writing affirmations changed my life.
I was a high school teacher at the time, going through a personal crisis, but doing my best to conceal it. One day a student handed me a book, “I Deserve Love” by Sondra Ray. She'd purchased it for a book report but said it was too “weird”- guess I was the Mikey of books.
But, we also know there are no accidents.
Anyway, I started writing affirmations and THEY WORKED. This started me on a search for WHY. Understanding WHY about MANY things became a passion which continues to this day.
And here we get to sharing too-much-information - but if it helps even one person it's worth the awkwardness-
A few years ago I ran across a book that said to write affirmations while sitting on the commode.
You don't have to be actually USING the commode, it said - but the act of sitting on it automatically puts a person in Alpha Brain Wave state, i.e. manifestation mode!
This caught my attention because that's what I was doing. It was the only privacy I had at the time. Could this POSSIBLY have anything to do with why the affirmations worked so well?
So, release that image, get back to the present - our volunteer now resonates with benefiting from writing affirmations. (update on the car: the insurance company has now totaled it, but only wants to give her 2k, which still leaves her, potentially, carless.)
We did some SRC dowsing, and the most beneficial wording for the affirmation is “ I, (her name) AM NOW WORTHY OF HAVING THE CORRECT VEHICLE, IN THE CORRECT WAY
She's going to write this 10x a day, first thing, and yes, she'll be on the commode.
