DIRECTING YOUR INNER FORCE by Cathy D. Slaght
My mother, when she was in her twenties, lost her front teeth in an automobile accident.
Aside from having to wear a partial plate, which she didn't much appreciate, there was another direct result:
While her new teeth were being made, she and I went to the dentist every Saturday. I was around 5 at the time. The dentist was a kind man who would sit me in his chair and look at my teeth with that little round mirror. As he explained to my mother, if more children could have such an experience they wouldn't be so afraid of the dentist. In my case, he was right.
BUT ALSO - by the time I started first grade many of my baby teeth had fillings. We'd go out and my parents would have me show everybody my teeth- LOL- it was a status symbol. Then I entered first grade- and couldn't learn how to tie my shoes, hold a pencil the correct way, or get on and off playground equipment. I could do the book stuff, though, so passed.
Now I wonder if the mercury contributed to any of these motor skill problems, or if I was just a natural klutz-
Anyway, over the weekend, the group received energy related to dental stress. (Issue Solver). It's still going. Also, there's a new post on www.energyvisionariesgroup.com
But, here, a few more thoughts on this topic of MOUTH-
First, the human mouth is unique- no other mammal has such a mouth. A few other bits of information- you may already be aware -
We'll be covering this- and yes, it looks like we need 2 dental visits a year, holistic if possible. But, has anything like the situation below ever happened to you? If you think about it, I'll bet it has...hopefully not the husband related part- but the health related – maybe you just didn't tie it together-
Back in the 80's I had an abusive husband. However, it was a SECOND abusive husband- I didn't want another divorce. We had a daughter – the first marriage had been childless- plus I still LOVED him- so was just taking it day to day, hoping things would change.
Then one night I woke up with a severe pain on my right side. At the hospital, an ultra sound diagnosed a huge cyst on the right ovary. The doctor wrote a prescription for hormones and said if the cyst didn't diminish in 30 days they'd have to remove the ovary.
But I'd been reading Louise Hay. Her book said that anything on the right side of the body was related to a man. So, once home, I looked at that piece of paper- the prescription- crunched it up, threw it away- and said “This man has caused me the last pain he is ever going to cause. I will NOT have ANYTHING cut out of me.”
In 30 days, there was another ultrasound,, followed by a doctor's appointment. The doctor said “ You didn't fill your prescription (I didn't know they could tell!) but the cyst is gone”.
Could it possibly have been what I said? Is the MOUTH designed in such a way that we can speak our reality?
THIS concept may be even more important than a discussion of the oral cavity and its effects on the physical body-
