DO YOU LIVE IN A MENTAL GHETTO? by Cathy D. Slaght
Am still thinking about yesterday’s scan. We were working with stress related to the immune system, and it popped into my head to check for “self-hate”. That’s because the Chinese believe that any other issue in life stems from that root. This would obviously include stress related to the immune system.
I was shocked to see that we, as a group, apparently had that “self-hate” program running. It’s a deep program in all humans, but can be activated by the environment.
And, of course the SRC scans are extremely subtle. Still, it was on my mind.
I kept brainstorming how this could be- some thoughts-
EVERY THOUGHT WE ENTERTAIN PRODUCES A CHEMICAL THAT IMPACTS OUR IMMUNE SYSTEM. IS ANYONE WORTH SACRIFICING YOUR HEALTH?
So, more thoughts-
Think about yourself. What do you want? Next, in regards to this ask yourself:
Are you studying? People who haven’t accepted their greatness don’t typically make any effort to learn about what they really want, to improve themselves, etc. Days, months, years go by – is it possible our immune systems are challenged because we don’t do what we REALLY want?
Do we KNOW what we want, but just keep analyzing it to death instead of DOING it?
Could this activate the self-hate program?
Make some lists for yourself- like, what are your expectations from life- your health, family, business, other relationships.
Suggestion: Do it today. Don’t put yourself on the back-burner while you run around doing things for everybody else.
And speaking of this-
WHAT IS YOUR IDEAL DAY?
(I recently read a book about Madonna. One thing that was interesting is the level of her self-discipline. Every evening, she maps out the next day IN 30 MINUTE INCREMENTS! Am going to do this myself tonight, unless I procrastinate- which, course, could be a symptom of self- hate- ouch-)
Today’s group scan- etheric, not physical
