FLUNKING EARTH 101 by Cathy D. Slaght
Since reading about the benefits of baking soda, I have a teaspoon in a glass of water every morning- first thing, while waiting for the coffee to be ready.
If what I read is true- that this could help recharge the cells, raise voltage, even manage stress related to heavy metals and radiation- I’M IN. It takes about 1 minute.
And, it may be that it's the SMALL things, done consistently, that make the difference in over-all quality of health. Working with the SRC4YOU, paying close attention to how I live, what I eat and drink, gathering knowledge, has become my primary health care system.
(It’s a work in progress. I did cheat over the weekend with that 8 vegetables a day thing, but am BACK this week.)
All this has become necessary because I'm not comfortable with our current healthcare system.
It seems to be the health part.
How did this happen?
For one thing, only 25% of all medical schools require even one class in nutrition. (Doctors are trained by the pharmaceutical industry.)
But they gave us dietitians, right?
Right. And guess who’s in charge of THEIR education. It seems to be the food and beverage industry. Seriously. Check this out for yourself.
That might be why so much false information is given to the public.
FOR EXAMPLE- Our dietitians are taught that coca cola being bad for us is an urban myth.
So, we have an epidemic of diabetes. But soft drinks can't be the only problem. What's going on? High blood pressure, etc.- same question. And all the other diseases…
… are SYMPTOMS, collapsed together and called DISEASE.
There’s big money in DISEASE - but not for the collective.
For the collective, it appears to have created a great deal of suffering, which includes financial pain and misery.
Maybe it’s time to START THINKING- instead of just continuing to throw money at the problem.
Time to pass Earth 101.
We might question whether or not the institutions we've always trusted have been like the RADIO CLOWN- there to distract us from what's REAL.
Because, there may be those who choose to live like ignorant little ants.
But, if you're still reading, you're not one of them.
So, here's the group scan for today- etheric, not physical.
e-exercise is gymnastics, again, for 6 hours
