This site offers, via subscription, a daily scan to clear energetic blockages. The work is off-body, dealing with the blueprint, or template, of the body, known as the etheric field. The premise is that by managing stress in this manner- i.e. clearing energetic blockages- voltage can rise. It seems every aspect of our reality is measured in voltage. The higher it is, the more abundance experienced on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.
The majority will say this sounds “crazy”- but it’s science.
It’s even been scientifically proven that personal vibration/voltage has a profound impact on the collective. Some say a very small percentage - 2% of the world's population - could, with a rise in their own voltage, have a major positive impact on the entire planet. (So, if you aren’t pleased with what’s happening around you, just focus on keeping your OWN voltage/vibration high.)
As voltage increases, for some reason you may start questioning things you’ve always taken for granted. So, here’s something, for starters - why do we eat 3 meals a day, and/or eat throughout the day? We’re told it’s good for us, keeps metabolism high, and so on, but there is absolutely no scientific validation of this.
On the other hand, there’s plenty of information on the benefits of NOT EATING. (fasting) This used to be considered the gold standard for self-healing. But, we’re “tuned in”, physically and emotionally, to feast mode. Seriously- 64% fail at fasting.
However, INTERMITTENT fasting is do-able, and can provide the same results. Plenty of information online. Here’s my experience-
About a year ago I began to eat only between 12-8 pm, anything I wanted- and had good results. But during the holidays I fell off the wagon and never entirely got back on. Then, a couple of months ago I stumbled on a Ted Talk, “fast-5”- recommending FIVE instead of EIGHT hours of eating a day- tried it- and am having TERRIFIC results. My eating hours are now 4 to 9 pm.
Here’s why eating this way can be beneficial: First, every time you eat, insulin is triggered. This stimulates the appetite while at the same time blocking fat burning and growth hormone production. Can you see the pattern? We trigger insulin throughout the day, which keeps us hungry, makes us fat, and accelerates aging! (for the record, ANY food eaten triggers insulin, not just carbs.)
With intermittent fasting, insulin gets regulated, which means, with time, appetite is more under control. But also, food preferences may change, and organ systems seem to benefit.
I’ll take thinner and younger any time. BUT BEYOND THIS, could it be that what has kept mankind down, in a state of lowered voltage, is a lack of knowledge- unawareness, confusion – based on misinformation received?
Can consistent work with technology such as the SRC help clear the resulting error patterns, heighten awareness as to what is REAL?
