HORMONES- OUR MEDICAL TOOLBOX? by Cathy D. Slaght
Today our highest point of stress is the Large Intestine.
This is especially interesting because a friend had called and said be sure not to miss the presentation below:
It's all about the microbiome. What she learned, she believes, will help her clear up an infection she's had for months.
So far nothing mainstream or alternative has helped.
BUT- if it's something to do with her GUT - she already takes probiotics, eats a balanced diet...
...so tomorrow she and I plan to get together, do a session with the SRC, and, with her permission, share what we learn.
For one thing, we'll check enzyme levels. Some experts now say we're taking too many probiotics and not enough enzymes.
Meanwhile, could any of this relate to hormones?
Rudy Dragione, a speaker at SOHO, says so. He refers to hormones as our medical toolbox.
A few tidbits from his presentation- he says work with your doctor on all this-
In terms of hormone supplementation, he says there are certain steps to follow:
For the liver, he recommends regular coffee enemas.
(We in the group clear and/or balance the liver, energetically, on a regular basis via the Recharger. Today, for example, we're taking 18 hours of liver balancing.)
As far as the vitamins- D, he says, is necessary for progesterone to work properly, and E seems to help with estrogen.
As far as the thyroid, he poses a question-
What is the stage of health that comes before STAGE 1 Cancer?
More on all this tomorrow, along with some SRC stress-management related to hormones.
And- did you know that eating red meat can skew the hormones?
For today - etheric, not physical-
