LOCKED OUT, NO SPARE KEY AVAILABLE? by Cathy D. Slaght
It's well documented that the Chinese Masters had great discipline, and structured their days carefully. Qi Gong was a part of this, but also certain habits of daily living. Point being, they lived for hundreds of years, appearing youthful, doing powerful healing work.
Thinking about this, I realized the ONLY carved in rock routine I have at present is to make a pot of coffee every morning and sit in front of the computer, working with the SRC. The days move fast, too. I don't always get other things done that could be essential, along with the SRC work, to creating the life I desire.
SO, I've decided to make some changes. After putting on the coffee (seriously, let's not get crazy ) here's my new checklist for first thing every day:
Set up the gallon of water/Himalayan salt. Write a personal affirmation 10 times. (don't always get to this if I don't do it first thing.) Take supplements, which involves testing via the SRC.
And, 15 minutes of dowsing in, also via the SRC, a decree related to the work we're doing with energyvisionariesgroup.com
This isn't all that impressive, but I'm one who, up to this point, has always tried to change TOO MUCH at once. Mix a little perfectionism in with this and all it takes is ONE screw up and everything stops.
But another thought. Most of us know WHAT to do for our health, how to manifest, and so on. The information's out there. But, for one reason or another, we can't pull it together.
Could this have anything to do with our hormones being out of kilter? Apparently that's a possibility because of all the plastics in our environment.
This WOULD be a big deal. Hormones control and coordinate ALL bodily functions. Some call them the KEY to health- and it's true each is kind of like a key, with specific bodily functions being the LOCK.
What's happened is that plastics are leaching into our bloodstream, disrupting endocrine function.
The substance itself is labeled BPA. As of a 2018 article, an average 6 billion pounds of this chemical is still produced each year. In other words, not much has changed since the publicity came out.
It's not only water bottles we need to be concerned with, either. BPA is still found in baby bottles, children's toys, some medical devices, and lines many metal cans used for vegetables, fruits, and meats.
It ends up in the body IMMEDIATELY- going straight into the bloodstream the same way hormones do. (the endocrine glands don't have ducts, so hormones go directly into the bloodstream.) Some hidden sources-
Receipts, dental sealants, plastic wrap, coffee pots, plastic storage...and, much of what we eat in restaurants, because the food has been stored and then microwaved in plastic containers.
(check our PYREX for at-home food storage, you may want to dump the plastic!)
So, yesterday, in reference to the group, a scan was done to see which endocrine gland was most stressed by all this - and, while our numbers DID look great- the pancreas reflected the greatest stress.
Interesting, because the pancreas, although part of the endocrine system, has ducts because its also part of the digestive system.
We may have some work to do.
And, by the way, today's image is of my new assistant, Sprout. Add WALKS to the new daily routine.
Our scan, etheric, not physical
