MASTERY OF THE MICROCOSM by Cathy D. Slaght
So here we have it.
With a zest for life- ENTHUSIASM- there comes a form of enlightenment known as determination.
This can lead to such personal and collective vitality- physical, mental, emotional and spiritual- that there could even be enough energy to regenerate the planet.
We're surrounded by a field of intelligence necessary for accomplishing all this- even more- but we aren't accessing it, in many cases, because our voltage doesn't seem to be strong enough to pull it in.
It's like being a TV without the juice to pull in all the shows.
What went wrong? Turns out our voltage has been lowered by STRESS, which comes in a variety of forms.
Still- Natural Law specifies that for every problem there's a solution.
So, along comes the SRC4u Software for stress management. It's not the ONLY approach – there are many- but, whatever, a willingness to prepare nutritionally and psychologically is necessary.
That's where the SRC4u Software can really shine!
Still, SELF-ACUPRESSURE is another way to relieve stress-related problems.
There's a massive amount of scientific data that demonstrates this is effective. It releases muscular tension, promotes circulation and increases life force. (voltage) We're more familiar with ACUPUNCTURE - via needles- but acupressure remains the most effective method for self-treatment.
In terms of yin organs- liver, lungs, heart, spleen, and kidneys- here's some basic information on some “potent points”-
(If you feel enthusiastic about this, there's plenty of information online and some excellent books)
Anxiety and/or nervousness- apply light pressure to H7, known as the Spirit Gate and also the Point to Happiness. This is said to relieve fear, nervousness, anxiety, forgetfulness, even insomnia.
Asthma- L1- known as the “Letting Go” point. L1 is also said to assist with pain, depression, dealing with change, and even Chronic Fatigue/Epstein Barr.
Cramps and spasms- Lv 3, which is on top of the foot. Also good for immune system building and even hangovers.
Diarrhea- Spleen 16 - also for appetite imbalances
Earache- K3, also said to relieve TMJ
Tomorrow we'll take a look at how similar the body is to a crystal. This may give a new perspective on acupuncture.
For today we're focused on stress management related to the heart. After that- and who knows how many days it will take- we'll receive the image of the Emerald- known as the stone of successful love, and once worn under priestly garments.
Etheric, not physical
