MEET THE SABOTEURS (?) by Cathy D. Slaght
This work sometimes seems to have a mind of its own.
For today, the plan was to move forward into an explanation of the Chinese Medicine Five Elements Theory and then tie it in to Essential Oils.
But- we’ve been pulled in a different direction.
Because of this, let’s just touch on the Five Elements Theory for now-
The core of Chinese thought is the Yin and Yang, i.e. the idea that ALL things have an opposite.
The Five Element Theory is a way to explain the relationships related to all this. A wide variety of energy systems are involved, and they are NEVER static.
The Chinese came to discover all this by observing Nature.
As far as I’m concerned, there’s one word to describe it.
But I get the point- we must understand the PARTS so we can understand the WHOLE.
Maybe it’s like getting organized- STRUCTURE leads to FREEDOM.
Moving forward- an image of the Five Elements shows a circle surrounding a star. Each point of the star is an element.
The energy of the circle is clockwise. As energy move in that direction, each element strengthens/promotes the next.
What we don’t want is for the energy to go opposite, which can happen with STRESS.
So, in today’s screen cast we were ready for our next theme ENERGY AND STAMINA.
But in the scan, we first want to manage stress related to “cutting cords” and “toxic relationships”.
(This could be throwing our energy into a counter-clockwise direction.)
Because this is group work, we need to see what, on a collective level, may be toxic, what “cords” need to be cut, and how we need to go about managing the stress related to all this.
It's all about the inner relationships- which, now that I think about it, is what the Five Elements are about, too.
Tomorrow we’ll go into detail on the FIRE element- or not- depending on how today's clearing goes.
Today’s session, etheric, not physical
