MISCONCEPTIONS OF REALITY? by Cathy D. Slaght
What if it turned out CONSCIOUSNESS BUILDING is the most important thing we could do?
Among other things- this could lead to a new perception of how the healing process works.
Up till now many have been programmed to let OTHERS tell them how they're supposed to take care of themselves.
But what about SELF-awareness?
So here's something a friend told me today. It's timely, so I asked if I could share it, she said YES-
She went to the doctor for a routine check up. They found “occult” (microscopic) blood in her urine and referred her to a urologist..
She made an appointment and specified that she wanted to see the urologist himself, NOT a nurse practitioner.
They said it would take a month and a half- so she waited- but then the day of the appointment she waited 2 hours in the doctor's private office but he never came in.
Finally they put her in a different room. The nurse practitioner came in and said the Dr. had too many patients to see her.
She accessed her, verbally, and a urine specimen was sent to the pathology lab.
Not hearing any further (no news is good news, right?) she called about 6 weeks later to get a copy of her records and lab work and discovered her specimen had never been sent to the lab. Now it was lost.
“Why didn't anybody call?” she asked. Answer- “It's up to the patient to call US”.
She went back in for a second test. This time the nurse DID call and said the result was abnormal.
Now they want to schedule additional tests- but there are no openings for 2 months.
In the meantime she heard from her insurance company that she owes $427.83. Apparently the urology office had not pre-authorized the test.
But some good news-
After 3 days of HIGH STRESS over the $400+ bill, she called the Dr.'s to complain. They agreed to pay it, since it was their error.
(how many times do we NOT speak up about things like this? Throat chakra issue?)
Still, I have some questions.
First, are doctors now too overwhelmed to handle their patient loads?
Do they still care about their patients, or is it just all business?
Finally- massive cultural programming COERCES us to follow the mainstream approach to health. For one thing- it's all insurance covers.
BUT- this doesn't appear to be working out.
For today, the Premium is still running on stress related to lungs/liver/throat chakra- etheric, not physical.
