NO WORDS ARE EMPTY WORDS by Cathy D. Slaght
Every syllable engages energy for or against us.
Maybe that's why some people – who believe they are doing EVERYTHING- continue to live with pain/trauma...
They keep talking/complaining about it.
This could even be why certain types of therapy- individual or group- fail. People just sit there repeating, in one form or another, all their problems, unaware they're sending commands to the cosmos for more of the same. Suggestion- don't talk about what you DON'T want!.
(We're not talking about DENIAL- but the endless hashing-rehashing of situations.)
On the other hand, saying what you DO want, in the form of an affirmation, along with using essential oils (which raise voltage, making the words more powerful), can change a life.
In The Miracle of Essential Oils, for example, there's an example of a vet who, because of PSTD, experienced chronic, life-altering headaches.
Medications weren't giving much relief, but he couldn't function without them..
Through his therapist, the following affirmation was incorporated into his daily routine: “I choose to release all layers of pain in all parts of my being that no longer serve me.”
Along with this he used 3 drops each of clove, frankincense, helichrysum, rosemary, lemon, and marjoram on his feet and back 4 to 8 times every day.
It wasn't a quick fix- but after about a month and a half there was a shift. At that point he was able to open up to the therapist about the pain in his heart. He felt he had lost touch with the real “him”.
The sessions, along with affirmations and oils, continued.
After 3 more months of working this way, he was able to go back to his doctor and ask to be taken off all medication.
Clove has already been mentioned, but here are some attributes of the other oils-
Meanwhile, for today's work, we're continuing to focus on stress related to the parathyroid.
There was high resonance of receiving an image of Lemon Grass Essential Oil- this oil is considered a good detoxing agent.
Tomorrow we'll scan a list of affirmations- wanted to finish the work on the parathyroid first.
Etheric, not physical-
