PLASTIC CONSCIOUSNESS by Cathy D. Slaght
We don't see something, so we think it doesn't exist.
And of course the amount of exposure to chemicals throughout a lifetime isn't measurable.
What IS measurable is the dramatic increase in breast, prostate, and testicular cancer, as well as the hyperactivity and behavior disorders in our children.
Experts are saying this could actually be related to all the plastics in our environment-
plastic water bottles - baby bottles- cutlery- frozen dinners
Bottled water may, ironically, turn out to be one of the greatest health hazards of our time. Water is a solvent, so it breaks down the chemicals and passes them on to us. One plastic bottle of water is said to have 24,000+ chemicals.
But let's not dwell on this- we can just change a few habits. Remember, the human body really does self-heal - if we'll do our part.
One significant change might be to avoid drinking bottled water- even just getting it from the tap may be healthier!
A cup of hot water every morning with lemon or lemon essential oil will help to clear toxicity (#4 mention)
And we can add a few organic vegetables to our diet on a daily basis.
BAH you might say- but here's something I've started doing- I cut up a variety of vegetables, several days worth, and then pour apple cider vinegar, brags amino acids, and stevia over them. (lavishly)
This is DELICIOUS.
I still eat what I want- but also grab a serving or two of this every day.
And, just in case you wondered what the #1 healthiest vegetable might be-
- undoubtedly this has occupied much of your thought-
