Just saw a touching picture of a basset hound that doesn't want to leave the side of a dying baby- apparently this picture has gone viral.

Thinking about love like this is a refreshing diversion from what's going on in the world- particularly the upcoming presidential election.

It's a wild show.

Many feel this election is pivotal. They're concerned over what they perceive as the decline of this country.

But- if indeed we're "declining"- fighting with each other will not solve the problem.

(Part of what's happening is that there are major confrontational energies at this time.)

Still, we must rise above this, put our hostilities down, and come together.

We've been led to believe our political system is the way to change things. But face facts.

This never has been true.

It's OUR energy that's generating the show.

As mundane as it sounds, maybe we have to keep our bodies clean if we want to  "clean" our country.

In other words, our collective voltage seems to be lowering. We need to raise it.

This means systemic detoxification and the resulting physical optimization could be a major first step in the transformation of our country, even the world.

-By "systemic", we're talking about the large intestine, urinary system, liver, kidneys, and lymphatic system-

We have major toxicity related to parasites, heavy metals, emotions, opportunistic infections, energetics (EFT, thoughts from others, images from the media) and what's in our air, food, and water.

The daily energy clearing works towards clearing this stress.

But, along with receiving this energy, each of us needs to detox each day.

One powerful and yet simple approach is to drink 2 liters of pure water daily.

Not only does this help detox, but chronic dehydration- which many suffer from- lowers voltage, opening the door to lower vibratory emotions.

Another simple approach-  drink hot water with lemon juice or lemon essential oil every morning. This is said to help detox our main filter, the liver.

Then, there's intermittent fasting- plenty of info online.

(I LOVE this approach- my eating is in an 8 hour window, 12 pm to 8 pm. This gives the body 16 hours to detox each day, which is apparently the required amount of time.)

Once our bodies are functioning at a higher voltage/vibration, we'll have sufficient life force to create a world of joy, peace, and abundance.

A little basset hound energy wouldn't hurt, either.
