SMALL CHANGES THAT REALLY ADD UP by Cathy D. Slaght
Yesterday someone texted a link to an astrological reading- predictions for June.
Usually, I don't listen to these things. It's not that I don't believe in astrology, it's based on measurements and energy- it's just that in my personal opinion we, unaware of our ability to create, hear “predictions” and then manifest them.
The interesting twist- we seem to manifest the predictions we DON'T want to come true. In other words, the “what I fear has come upon me” line seems to be valid.
Anyway, had some extra time, so pulled up the p4 and, while listening to the predictions, tested each for related stress levels, clearing when it was “a negative thing”, enhancing when it was “a good thing”
Will show all this in the screencast. The idea is that managing stress related to the SUGGESTION of these things could be significant!
(Again, we're the creators- when we hear things on the News, etc, that frighten us, the creation process clicks in, not in a beneficial way.)
Last night when I dowsed these things in the SRC for the group (we're going to do this daily now till the end of June) the confliction and resistance was VITAMINS.
Maybe it wouldn't hurt to pay a little more attention to what we're eating and drinking during the month of June.
And- it turns out this fits into what we were going to take a look at, anyway.
Here it is- we need something known as BIOACTIVE COMPOUNDS if we're truly going to manifest an abundant life.
THIS is what isn't mentioned on labels- YET.
Details to come-
But just adding a small amount of the following to your diet - seeds, healthy fats, fruit, cruciferous vegetables, nuts, wild caught cold water fish and teas...
...and eliminating soy protein, conventional meat, farmed fish, store-bought fruit juice, vegetable oil/margarine and artificial sweeteners...
Could make a HUGE difference in the reality you're creating for yourself.
Something else that may be significant -
97% of Americans are deficient in fiber.
A quick google search will give information on good sources. The point is that fiber deficiency creates major gut stress- and the gut is our second brain.
It does seem a few brains could use some tweaking- am tweaking my own-
With all this in mind, here are some predictions for June, based on planetary configurations:
(we needed an astrologer to tell us this?)
-so, according to the planets, soon we will figure this out and begin to work together, in unity.
Etheric, not physical
