STEPPING STONES TO THE WORLD OF POSSIBILITY by Cathy D. Slaght
Jing, Chi, and Shen are 3 vital forces that determine health, energy, and mental state.
According to David Wolfe, if you compare these forces to a candle the wax would be JING, the flame would be CHI, and SHEN would be the Light emitted by the flame.
In other words-
Jing is life force.
Chi is the ability to MOBILIZE life force.
Shen is the aura- or, as Wolfe puts it, spiritual presence.
It’s important to keep these 3 forces balanced.
Certain herbs can play a powerful role, but there’s so much information out there, many are overwhelmed.
Fortunately, though, it seems there are benefits to receiving the IMAGES of some of these herbs via the SRC4u Software.
(Makes sense- we know how images impact the human energy system.)
Right now, we’re still receiving images of herbs related to JING.
As soon as that’s completed, herbs/foods for chi and shen will be sent, via IMAGES.
(To nourish chi- amia, ashwagandha, astragalus, citrus peel (breaks up stagnation), ginseng, goji berries, jujube, longan fruit, and neem.
Shen-nourishing super-herbs- asparagus root, reishi mushrooms, royal jelly, white peony root)
Wouldn’t hurt to take in some of these super-foods/herbs in 3D form, either.
Like Reishi, for example- it has a 2000+ year history as the #1 Shen herb.
Because of this, it’s one of the most well-studied mushrooms EVER. There’s a wealth of scientific data proving:
The Reishi mushroom is anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-inflammatory.
It brings glands and organs in alignment over time. (Experts say it needs to be eaten every day.)
It calms the nervous and endocrine systems. This means it balances the body’s daily physical functions, affects moods, (like anger, depression) perception, and bonding/connecting with others.
There are supplements, tinctures, even Reishi coffee- stop by the health food store or go online, check it out!
Meanwhile, in today’s SRC4u Software work- which, like consuming REISHI, needs to be done every day-
-codes for adrenals have been added to our other work.
As soon as this is completed, we’re moving on to our power stations- the chakras.
Why? it seems that when the chakra system is balanced, the endocrine system is balanced.
Etheric, not physical
