Stunted Lives, The Blueberry and Finding Your Thrill by Cathy D. Slaght
Today we asked for de-stressing energy regarding the colon , spleen, hormones, and overall nutrition.
We also requested, energetically, some balancing of the "earth element" - it appeared to be extremely weak today. Here's some info- people with weak Earth qi can be worriers and meddlers. They may overwork. They are vulnerable to digestive problems and diarrhea, and may gain weight easily. Their bodies have a tendency to make excessive mucus, and they may suffer from lack of clarity. They feel better when they limit cold, raw foods as well as dairy products. A cup of hot water with lemon, for example, could be highly beneficial.
Common illnesses could include: fatigue, diarrhea, gas and bloating, food allergies, eating disorders, and excessive mucus in lungs or sinuses.
As we do this daily clearing, a prime consideration for the impact it will have on your life is your present life force. In other words, are you processing this energy with a fully charged battery, or is your battery weak? A big hint on this, other than the obvious- the way you feel- is by looking at what you're eating. Any processed food is dead food- no energy- no juice for your battery. Another way to think about this, is, do you feel good enough to play? It's extremely important to human development to make time to play!
With that in mind, for those of you in the Tampa Bay area, did you know about the upcoming Blueberry Festival? It's a way to combine some play AND get some blueberries! Blueberries are at the top of the super foods list. They are powerful anti-agers. Older rats' memory and motor skills improved- in fact deficits were reversed- on what, for we humans, would be the equivalent of 1/2 to 1 cup of blueberries a day. Blueberries are in season year round, but there may be some festivals in your area! Here's the information on the Tampabay Blueberry Festival.
