It may all start with self-love. Not narcissism- but self-love is essential if we are to share love with others...which could be the primary rule of the game.
Yesterday was thinking about this and decided to check the group's “self-love” energy- items scanned are in the VSA-
Highest points of stress- all subtle energy but worth being aware so we can clear-
First- to invert in the SHEN- toxic habits and relationships (presently at a stress level of 91%)
Next, to strengthen to 100+%- self-compassion (we were at a 3%),
Then, going back to the material at SOHO- again, the theme was Anti-Aging-
Here are the steps recommended to stay YOUNG-
In order to accomplish all this, the experts say we need to change habits related to DIET but also some THINKING PATTERNS.
I'd like to add- REGULAR STRESS MANAGEMENT VIA THE SRC.
This can help keep the metabolism humming- because it doesn't do the same thing day after day (which slows it down.)
Plus, it disrupts the status quo- which, my opinion, is nearly always a good thing-
And, ALL the speakers agreed on one thing: the overall goal is to achieve HOMEOSTASIS- which is the primary objective of working with the SRC.

Anyway, in the screen cast you'll see that the issues presented by the speakers have been scanned and put in order as far as the group's priority for stress management.
Top issue turned out to be cardiovascular, followed by acidity (added by me because it can throw everything else off), GI tract, thymus, immune system, lymphatic system, muscles, microbiome, liver, nervous system, and vision.
Other than cardiovascular, not quite the order I'd expected- but it's the order we'll take.
