THE INCREDIBLE AMERICAN SHRINKING BRAIN by Cathy D. Slaght
BACK- first a course on weight management, then a conference- don't know where to start in sharing everything learned, will take it day by day.
For starters, one major theme at the conference- S.O.H.O - was LIVER. So, looks like with the group requesting stress management related to liver last week, the weight management course focusing on it as well, we have plenty of material to cover in this area. But also there was a great deal of information on CBD, fatty acids, enzymes, and herbs.
Out of everything that was said at S.O.H.O, what really stands out in my mind is this: According to one speaker, what has the greatest potential to destroy the world isn't war- chemicals- anything of the sort- it's fatty acid deficiency.
Apparently fatty acid deficiency can even change the shape of the brain.
It's said that many Americans are deficient.
So, at this point we've been focused on clearing emotions, which is just one result of liver stress. We requested, energetically, 2198 Soul Imaging sessions- which is 38 soul imaging sessions a day till the end of the year. But along with this, for the next few days, we're going to do some stress management related to fatty acids.
Also, I took along that book about the boy going to the university to learn how to be a “wizard”. Am still plowing through- a few pages every night. From last night:
One of the professors gave an assignment. He said he was going to throw an object, and the students were to anticipate how he would throw it, and then catch it. He wrote 20 book titles on the board they were to read that, along with some deep study of mathematical principles, could possibly assist.
They read day and night, studied the math, and were in a state of high anxiety and exhaustion the day the assignment was due. What if they couldn't catch the object? Would they fail the class? But, once class started, the professor just looked out the window, saw an 8 year old boy, and called him in. “Catch this” he said as he threw the rock.
The boy appeared confused, but automatically threw out his hand and caught the rock.
Then the professor turned to the class and said “ We have two minds. The boy worked with the mind that knows EVERYTHING. It has the solution to all problems. He didn't need to read books or draw charts to figure out how to catch the rock. His mind already knew- learn how to work with THAT MIND. Class dismissed.
And so here we are- with a conscious mind that struggles to solve problems, but also a deeper mind that already has the solution. Part of the work with the SRC involves accessing THAT mind.
Today's scan- etheric, not physical
Also, there's a new post in the Virtual Spa Academy.
