THE POWER OF OPTIMIZED NUTRITION by Cathy D. Slaght
So here we are- continually looking for solutions to our health problems through synthetic, human-made, chemically driven foods, supplements, pharmaceuticals…
…but our health is WORSE.
Maybe this is because the present health/food/medical system is based on economics. (not ours, unfortunately)
It’s almost as if we’ve been under a spell. AND- this is now said to even be messing with our GENES.
But here’s the good news: We humans have a stubborn streak.
(That’s what MAKES us human.)
Many are waking up.
David Wolfe may put it best when he says, “it’s time to sidestep this perverted paradigm and let nature do the work. This will let your light shine through, activate your true potential.”
But where to start?
Thinking back to my own daughter- she went through a stage as a toddler when she wouldn’t eat. The pediatrician said, “If you can get her to eat just two meals a week, she’ll be fine.”
In other words, it doesn’t take much.
According to WOLFE, just a FEW plant-based superfoods, which would include essential oils...
But there’s another important step. Nutritional information can be sent to the etheric field (our blueprint) with technology such as the SRC. The SRC combines Eastern and Western philosophy- and-
In the case of JING, for example- which is what the adrenals put out- and, remember the Chinese even designed their clothing so there was padding over the adrenals to protect it. (Jing is our LIFE FORCE/BATTERY)-
-Here are the superfoods recommended for JING:
Activated charcoal, shilajit, chaga mushrooms, cistanche, cordyceps, Eucommia bark, he shou wu, mature aged ginseng, rehmannia root, schizandra.
We’ll go over a few of these in coming days, but there’s plenty of information online, including on Davidwolfe.com
Meanwhile, there’s a post on www.energyvisionariesgroup.com in reference to clearing stress related to what we’ll call MIND CONTROL.
Not trying to turn this group into TIN FOIL HATTERS, but there’s information worth considering, and a protocol.
And one more thing- today a friend was talking about a situation where a couple attempted to help a man who was, seemingly through no fault of his own, homeless. They took up a collection pulled together a significant amount of money- but he blew it all.
Apparently, on a subconscious level, he didn't want to be anything other than homeless.
This made me wonder- how many really WANT, on a subconscious level, to be healthy?
Today’s scan, etheric, not physical
