THE SORROW POINT- SPLEEN 16 by Cathy D. Slaght
Yesterday we talked about the information overload we’re all faced with, and the resulting stress of not always knowing what’s true and what isn’t.
We came in equipped to handle this problem- with our GUTS. Some say, for example, that INTESTINES are our second brain, others say they’re our FIRST! Either way, they play a big part in the accuracy of what has come to be known as GUT feelings.

Point is, for the next few days we’re going to be doing stress management related to digestion.
We started yesterday by sending, via the SRC, acupuncture related to the ABDOMEN SORROW POINT. (Spleen 16)
This is all etheric field, as you know.
An IMAGE checked out as being the most powerful starting point. We are extremely influenced by images, as that’s how the subconscious processes information. (Images can be easily downloaded into the SRC and then sent out energetically.)
Spleen 16 is said to:
I’ve read that Napoleon Bonaparte was often seen holding this point to relieve abdominal gastric pain! It also helped to balance his 3rd chakra (which governs ego) I don’t know if this is true or not, so guess I need more stress management related to my digestion.
One last thing for today- for those who think the idea of sending “electricity” or subtle energy sounds like some “new age” concept- did you know that back in the 1800s MANY doctors were working with this concept?
When pharmaceuticals came along, though, this fell into disfavor. (You could lose your medical license for doing it.)
Point is, what we’re doing with the SRC is nothing all that NEW- we’re going to be covering some interesting history related to this over the next few days.

NOTE - I see very few watch these scans, so sometimes am tempted not to do them. BUT a powerful aspect of self-healing involves getting the INFORMATION related to stress and then moving it into conscious realization-
Plus, every now and then there’s a tidbit of new information for those who have the software.
