WHAT YOU EAT BECOMES YOUR MIND by Cathy D. Slaght
Am reading an amazing book- PRIME. It ties into the GUT/BRAIN connection- and ties THAT into weight loss!
It’s written by Kulreet Chaudhary, M.D. who specializes in neurological issues. She began to implement various Ayurvedic herbs to help her patients- who suffered from neurological issues such as M.S., Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and ALS. These herbs were to heal their GUTS. THIS, she said, was what was controlling their brains.
Not only did they see tremendous improvement in brain function and, as a result, have significant physical improvements - but those who needed to lose weight did so. (In some cases, it was a great deal of weight.) This was without dieting.
The connection between the gut and the brain is like a superhighway, she says.
AND- “what you eat becomes your mind”.
What makes this even more interesting is that before starting to read PRIME I had planned on talking about Walter Russell, who wrote a book way back in the ‘20s, all about MIND, titled THE UNIVERSE OF ONE.
It took him from 1921-1926 to write this book. When completed he made 100 copies and sent them to scientists around the world. Einstein, for example, received one.
But the book was ignored. Only one scientist- Tesla- responded. He said “Take this book and bury it. What you are saying is true, but humanity is not ready for it.”

First- ALL IS MIND – it’s an ether that surrounds us.
Then…THOUGHTS are electrical and activate the MIND, which then creates reality.
In other words, all power was in true thinking. The electromagnetic energy of thinking creates EVERYTHING.
Because of reading PRIME, and then RUSSELL, I began to think- if MIND creates our reality, and what we eat becomes our MIND-
-Could a major threat to civilization, as we know it, be what we’re EATING?
