WHEN THE SOUL SAYS “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH” by Cathy D. Slaght
An interesting book- not on scribd.com unfortunately- is “You’re not going crazy… you’re just waking up! The 5 stages of the soul transformation process.” by Michael Mirdad.
From it we have a new cocktail- which started yesterday. (and is still running, as shown in the screencast). It will be available for downloading through Kevin within the next few days.
Cliff notes version of the book - and it’s interesting that this is what happened on a major scale to the family in Schitt’s Creek: there’s apparently some sort of cosmic “wake-up” process where the soul says ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
TRANSLATION: It’s time to dismantle your ego-based life.
Some believe we’re receiving some intense frequencies, via eclipses etc., that are facilitating this transformation for many. It has its difficult aspects, but supposedly it’s really a GOOD thing-
Anyway, there are 5 stages;
There’s a LOSS- It could be regarding the body/health, material possessions, emotions, relationships, unhealthy attachments and/or certain attitudes or belief systems.
The wise choice, according to Mirdad, is to ride with it. To postpone will only bring a more intense shift down the road.
And, he says, you are NOT going crazy- you WERE crazy and are now becoming sane.
Even though it may seem as if your life is falling apart, truth is that you’re just recalibrating.
At this point old, dark programming pops up. It’s ready to be dealt with. This will involve some emotional purging.
Some will stay in denial. And/or, they may be too stubborn to reach out for help. BUT this means they’ll just continue to cycle back and forth between these first two stages of dismantling and emptiness.
NOTE- if you DO reach out, be alert for a tendency to be narcissistic. Talking about yourself and your problems incessantly is NOT what the soul had in mind.
According to Mirdad, the BEST thing is to relax, wait for inspiration to come.
Now comes self-doubt. This typically comes in an area that you feel is most important, maybe where your pride resides.
At this point, faced with loss, there’s a choice- fight back, or surrender?
That’s YOUR call. Sometimes a fight is necessary, other times a surrender opens Cosmic doors.
Just remember- the ego wants you to stay where you are. It’s spent YEARS getting you there!
The 4th stage is RE-BUILDING, which is what today’s work is geared towards-
Etheric, not physical
All in preparation for stage 5, A NEW LIFE
