A few years ago a friend - in her 30s - was diagnosed with MS. It came as a shock, but she's maintained a positive attitude and worked with both mainstream and alternative medicine to relieve the symptoms.

One thing, though. She couldn't give up Diet Cokes. She drank several every day. Then, the other day she texted that she hadn't had a Diet Coke in 15 days!

And her pain had disappeared.

I wish I could say that it's been smooth sailing since, but she did experience some pain again yesterday. Unfortunately, that's the way our energy system works- a few steps forward, then sometimes a step back. Maybe it's a recalibration.

But she believes she's on the right track. So do I.

Funny thing, the FDA has a concern about essential oils, but ignores research indicating  aspartame (NutraSweet)  isn't safe. Many scientists say it should be withdrawn from the market. At this point, it's in over 6000 products.

If you go to www.google.com you can see for yourself the connections between aspartame/ NutraSweet  and a number of diseases. One is MS. Yet the MS foundation says it's safe. This same foundation receives substantial contributions from Monsanto.

Maybe that means nothing, just stating the facts.

Interestingly enough, the FDA initially ruled aspartame should not go on the market.

But then the FDA chairman was forced to step down. The new commissioner quickly approved aspartame. Here's the timeline:

And it turned out that the American public developed a huge craving for this calorie free sweetener. That translated into millions of dollars of revenue.

When people started reporting side effects, their doctors told them there was just a glitch in their system.

While increasing numbers experienced these "glitches", the makers of aspartame continued to contribute to our political representatives.

So, while there are 91 symptoms attributed to aspartame use, the FDA says there's no reason to investigate further.

Looks like there's a glitch somewhere.
