As you continue to work with energy, you may come to be thankful for each and every thing you’ve ever been through.

It was the fuel for your transformation.

Express gratitude, even for the sorrows.  It isn’t easy- but the energy of thankfulness is a major step in reaching higher levels of consciousness.

That’s where new energies become available. With these energies, you can create the reality you desire.

Here’s something that might help-

1. Start making up stories or writing poetry. Songs would work, too, even cheers!
2. Introduce some quantum principles- like walking thru walls, etc.
3. Shift your story line any time you feel like it.
4. Be specific in details.
5. Make sure there are no limits in your stories.
6. Work on this every day- soon imagery will enter in.
7. Imagery is how we create.

Meanwhile, back to the mundane- for the next week we’re going to take a closer look at some of the chemicals in our environment. They may have been lowering our consciousness, serving as a block to JOY.
