It's vital that we raise our voltage/energy.

With low voltage comes misery, lack, apathy. If you look at the state of the world today that's what many seem to be experiencing. This can be turned around if even just a small number focus on raising their personal voltage.

Honestly, the last couple of days I've had to back off and do this myself as I see things happening in this country that send me into a tailspin. We all have our own opinions, but probably agree on one thing: our elected officials do not represent us. Once upon a time they may have, but now they represent big business.

That's why our food is loaded with sugar, we have unlabeled genetically modified food  (absolutely unimaginable) mandatory vaccinations, and so much more.

I look with great trepidation at any major legislation because I know it doesn't go through with our benefit in mind.

But I also know I can't be good for much of anything when I hold that thought.

So, I took a couple of days to work on improving my nutrition, got a massage, and did some inspirational reading. And yes of course I put myself in the SRC4U , but that's already a daily habit.

The biggest challenge was to regain control of my thoughts, to get back to a positive momentum.

Good nutrition and water, along with <sigh>  exercise helps tremendously.

No matter what happens, we must remember one thing.

We have the power to control our reality. It's through our voltage. Focus on what you want, hold that thought. Amp up with the proper nutrition and exercise. Get frequency work in one form or another- SRC4U is just one of many software programs out there. Also, Essential Oils, Flower Essences, pendulum work-  are all ways to increase voltage.

Look at it as if we're all playing a cosmic reality game- actually we could be.

The ones who amp up the highest win.
