As we continue to work on stress related to the skeletal system, the SRC is taking us in some interesting directions.

It can make a person wonder if everything really IS all about the power of the mind.

For example, the root source cause of skeletal/bone stress is said to be a feeling of inadequacy.

Another example of “mind over matter” - yesterday was working with a fellow SRC practitioner who has a great deal of shoulder pain. 

Recall healing says this is due to conflict within the family- which she’s experienced for years.

With this new awareness, she can now make it more of a priority to clear THIS stress instead of just focusing on remedies for the PHYSICAL situation.

A few more 3D steps that might amp up the body’s self- healing ability:

Pay more attention to your body. What’s it SAYING? A quick internet search can show what emotions correlate with physical symptoms.

Do not FOCUS on ANY emotion, symptom, or illness, though. Get awareness, do what’s necessary to clear, then DETACH.

(This means stop talking or complaining about it.  If it comes to mind, say CANCEL CANCEL)

Show gratitude- every problem has a valuable lesson.

And finally, remember you are not a machine- get CREATIVE!

A few possible obstacles to all this-

• Unhealthy physical environment
• Poor diet
• Not enough water
• Poor hygiene
• Not enough exercise
• Lack of space, privacy, or solitude
• Inadequate rest
• Poor breathing
• Not enough contact with nature
• No touching

 
Surprising- at least to me-  is that when this list was scanned for the group the #1 obstacle is NO TOUCHING!
