Today, day #4 in the manifestation process, is about dealing with addiction.

We probably all have our share-

Examples of “hard” addictions would be drugs, food, porn, tobacco, alcohol, TV, the internet, smart phones, video games, socialization, shopping, gossip, thinking...

(thinking is said to be our #1 addiction.)

But then there's also “soft” addiction- people hooked on criticizing or judging others, being in love, receiving validation from others, success-

But what causes this?

Nothing is ever “one thing”- but the root cause may turn out to be fear of emptiness, NOT bad genes/ weakness/lack of self control/ brain malfunction.

This concept comes from a series of experiments with rats. Put a rat in a cage with both water and sugar water, it ALWAYS drinks only the sugar water until, at some point, it overdoses.

Scientists believed this was just how brains are wired.

But the rats were always alone in the cage. What ELSE did they have to do but drink sugar water?

So, there was another experiment. This time rats were placed in a park of sorts, with companionship and plenty to do. The sugar water then had no appeal.

They went from a 100% overdose rate to 0.

Still, there ARE factors related to the BRAIN- neurotransmitters, chemical sensitivities, etc.

So we have a new cocktail, set up to cover as much as possible. There's a 97% benefit of having it run in the Mastery for 90 days.

As far as our volunteer- her #1 addiction turns out to be sugar. So, in addition to the energy work she'll be deciding what she wants to do about this and will keep us posted. There's some new information that could help, more tomorrow.

Meanwhile, on another computer we're still running 528 HZ. Protozoa remains the theme, so codes have been dowsed in. Anemia seems to be tied in, also- again, this is etheric but  it's a good idea to be aware.
