Anyway, if you start a personal journey that involves doing your own research, one thing you may soon discover is that the vast majority of people are GOOD.

Because of this, they can’t even comprehend that they could be poisoned while sitting in the dentist’s chair.

(Most dentists sincerely want to help people. That’s why it’s jarring to learn that the dental work we’ve had done over the years may have severely compromised our immune systems.)

2017 could be the year you find a good dentist and start going 2x or more a year, if that’s not already happening. Also, apparently daily flossing is essential.
In my case, now that’s all set up- and by the way, after following some of the tips for bleeding gums found online, the bleeding has stopped.

As far as J.M., she did say she’s had a terrible time with sugar cravings, so we are focused energetically on helping her clear THAT stress first. A few drops of Peppermint Essential Oil is said to help with this - she’s going to put it to the test.

In my case, sugar isn’t the issue- I just haven’t been going for regular cleanings. No excuse, just kept putting it off.

And, if you have root canals, implants, or have had dental reconstruction the following information found online may be significant- particularly if your health hasn’t been up to par.    

1. All Root Canals Are Dangerous
2. *Dental cavitations have dire consequences.
3. Dental implants can be a source of toxicity and infection because they are often placed OVER an evolving cavitation.
4. Dental reconstruction often involves nickel, even though, ironically, many dentists know that nickel is carcinogenic.
   

*A cavitation is incomplete healing of the jawbone when a tooth is extracted. (often the removal of the wisdom teeth causes a cavitation.) This can result in putrid, highly toxic sludge - wet gangrene. I tested myself for this, and yes, there is stress related to it – ugh-  so am working actively to clear it –
