In the Western world, disease is skyrocketing.

We are told there are as many as 58 different genders.

(Some shampoo bottles are even being re-designed because they’re too sexist, being curvy and all.)

Children are taught about bisexuality and transgender at an early age, when they are easily influenced. (early in life, many would just as soon be a horse, so who knows what’s coming.)

Our air, food, and water appears to be loaded with toxins.

And the breakdown of the family is going into its 3rd generation.

In our hearts, we know something is wrong.

But we’re confused, distracted.

We look to our celebrity gods, and the BIG god, government... 

But WAIT! We’re in a vibratory world. Right? The physical is inconsequential. Right?

Right. It's all frequency. Every object, every emotion, every illness has a frequency. Plus, we're surrounded by an infinite grid of frequency. 

So here's how it works-

Because we're in physical form, we get to experience the reality/frequencies from this grid our personal VOLTAGE pulls in. 

LOWER frequency/voltage creates a life of struggle.

But if you can get into alignment with higher voltage – what you want will come to be.

This is not mystical. It’s physics.

We are part of an infinite data base containing all possibilities.

What we align with is determined by our voltage/life force. 

(The good stuff is high voltage.)

Fortunately, we are all made of the same thing. Energy.  We've already got what we need- but may just need to work with it a bit.

That could mean, for starters, we should pay more attention to our immune systems.

Eat less processed foods, more vegetables. Change some habits, examine some belief systems. Do some online research as to what builds immunity, maybe check out the “thymus tap” on youtube.com

It's a work in progress, takes some time. But as the immune system strengthens, and voltage rises, motivation returns. “Lights” get turned on. You may see some things for what they are- which could be somewhat painful, but in a healing sort of way.

Of course, many would rather take life one day at a time.

They choose to be just another hamster in the wheel.

And we do have free will.

But, you could choose, instead, to get out of the wheel and be a BIG DAWG.

BIG DAWGS don't do that wheel thing.

(BIG DAWG = one who Dares Ask, Wakes, and Goes for creating a life of joy and abundance for him/herself AND humanity in a BIG WAY!)

We are still managing stress related to sugar/kidneys.

e-exercise is high impact aerobics, 2 hours
