Didn’t post yesterday because of getting totally engrossed in a book- HEALING THE SYMPTOMS KNOWN AS AUTISM by Kerri Rivera.

Found a free download online – so well-written I didn’t want to stop reading. Impacted or not by Autism (we all are, though) there's a wealth of information on the human body.

Back to the book- it made me wonder how many of us might be compromised in our reality creation because of the way we’re eating.

In reference to Autism, for example, the author mentioned above says NO protocol will be effective unless the child adheres to a REAL FOOD diet- which means NO processed food.

She compares gluten and casein, for the Autistic child, to opiate drugs:

 “Improperly digested gluten and casein fragments can both enter the bloodstream and cross the blood-brain barrier. Because of their opioid properties, these peptides can react with opiate receptors in the brain to cause effects similar to those of an opiate drug such as heroin or morphine.”

(what about the rest of us?)

There’s a new protocol based on information she shares.

It’s long- but you could listen to some Morley Robbins YouTubes while doing it. He talks about how copper dysfunction may be a root source cause of most disease. Apparently copper deals with cellular communication. 

NOTE: Robbins says he’s become somewhat jaded because, over the years, he's seen significant information kept from the public. 

If there's beneficial information out there we want it. We’re electrical in nature, and too many fuses are blowing!

Surely this isn’t being allowed to happen just so a significant few can earn plenty of $$$ while wielding control over the masses.

Okay. Let’s not “think negative”.

But- it turns out there another bit of crucial information that’s been stifled.

Put down your drink.

There’s a class of necessary sugars, known as glyconutrients, that are critical to all cellular biochemistry.

These sugars are said to have the potential to restore health at the cellular level by communicating with coded information in the genes.

Then the body itself can do the healing, instead of drugs, which generally just suppress symptoms.

The challenge: many authorities see this concept as heretical. 

But we’re talking about a possible difference in the future of our HEALTH – so, more tomorrow.
