The Eastern way of life includes a deep understanding of the invisible flow of energy that maintains health and well being.  This understanding has led to a number of energetic therapies.
 
One example is Qi Gong- a mind-body-spirit practice that improves mental and physical health.  This is what we’re doing each day, virtually, with the SRC. 
 
But did you know that back in 1999, in Communist China, the government tried to made Qi Gong illegal?
 
Here’s why: Qigong is a powerful assist to raising the voltage of the human system.
 
When voltage is at higher levels, we can access our innate ability to create the life we desire. When lower, we're weak, easily manipulated/controlled.
 
For the few to control the many, the voltage of the "many" needs to be low.
 
This could be why we’re blasted, primarily through the media/entertainment industry- with lower voltage programming on what to eat, drink, take for our health, do with our time, and –perhaps most significantly - think.
 
We play our part by allowing this to continue.
 
In my case, when I realized the negative impact of TV, I got rid of mine.  Also, I stopped listening to the radio while driving and started doing Yes Therapy.  Not ALL the time, obviously, but often.
 
Yes Therapy is a form of structured prayer. Driving puts one into a receptive state, so it's an ideal time to do it.
 
Seriously, I’ve seen people manifest the solution to a problem, via Yes Therapy, during a simple drive home.

But also, the SRC Pro Tools has a computerized version of Yes Therapy. Since we’re bio-computers, it can be powerful.
 
Yesterday another practitioner shared an approach with this panel that’s bringing about huge, positive shifts.
 
What’s she's doing is first removing, then clearing, stress related to the chakras using the question and answer panel.

(With the question/answer panel, the progress can be seen- with the goal being 100%.  This means, sometimes, that it may need to run quite a while) 

This same approach could be done for any symptom of stress.

Also- just one example-  it could be done for those in other parts of the world who have experienced a natural disaster.

Permission is not needed because we are all connected, so are a part of the situation.
 
To be a proactive member of the planet, though, it’s important to start with YOURSELF first.
 
Yesterday we started this process with the root chakra. Today we’re moving up to the sacral.
 
Meanwhile, the P3 is still running on stress related to emotions.
