Over the course of his life, Walter Russell re-invented himself 5 times. He was an impressionist painter, sculptor, natural philosopher, musician, author, and builder.

These careers were so successful that he became known as the “Keeper of the secrets of the Universe". But he remained humble, saying information on how to do what he did came to ALL-

• it was just that the majority let it go in one ear and out the other.
  
  

Maybe there was more to it.

For example, today someone came by to do some emotional clearing with a combination of essential oils and SRC. But, even though CONSCIOUSLY they were ready for this work, the SRC registered significant resistance that had to be cleared first.

In other words, willingness to let go of old familiar ways ...reassemble some thoughts...etc., can be blocked by the SUBCONSCIOUS, usually due to non-beneficial programming. 

Something else to think about - so many times we focus on the BODY.

But according to Russell, the body is just a machine which operates and is operated by how our thought waves communicate with Universal Energy.

Which means - It's a processing machine. It's not YOU.

For the most powerful processing, said Russell, there are certain requirements:

1. Humility. No one can create anything significant without first realizing s/he is merely an interpreter of the thought world. 
2. Reverence. It must be acknowledged that guidance is coming from Absolute Intelligence/Universal Force. This requires prayer, meditation, and connection with Nature.
3. Inspiration. Inspiration comes to those who choose to work, keep their body in balance, and follow Natural Law.
4. Deep Purpose There is no use for energy work of any kind unless there is a plan in the back of it that involves benefiting others.
5. Joy. Joy recharges the body. If there is no joy, energy drains. In other words love what you do!
   
   

As he liked to say: “there are no limitations set by this electric universe upon any man's multiplication of power. Each man sets his OWN limitations in accordance with his own desire. He may be a thin wire which gathers little energy and carries a weak current or he may be a heavy one, but the gauge of the wire is set by himself.”

So, we continue to work on our wires- today the theme is STOMACH CHAKRA (we're still receiving the “achieve everything” cocktail.)

Added in are some emotions we requested energetically- the codes are in the VSA- courage, faith, will to live, charity, intuition, and peace.

But let's look again at these themes-

First, the NECK (yesterday). Neck pain can be a sign of spiritual attack, so this needs to be addressed.

And, as far as today's stomach chakra theme- are we following Natural Law if we're not eating real food?
