Why not? All waves, currents, lights, gadgets, emotions, all things, bar none, have a frequency. Everything does. We do too.

With that in mind, is it possible our thoughts/emotions are being negatively impacted by all the cell phones, cell phone towers, televisions, computers, and so on that we use daily? (I hear some can’t even go to sleep without Youtube playing!)

Well- it’s worth consideration. If one’s voltage/vibration is lowered through constant interference from man-made electrical signals, there could be resonance with lower vibratory emotions such as anger, shame, lack in many forms - whereas if voltage is higher, there will be resonance with love, hope, etc. not to mention abundance, prosperity…
