What if our physical reality is a VIRTUAL reality organized by our input into the Absolute Intelligence that surrounds us?

This is what ancient wisdom tried to explain, and what, now, an understanding of “frequency” is validating.

BUT- most refuse to give this scientific information any serious consideration.

For one thing, working with frequency, to them, is some form of “magic”, and they aren't going THERE!

They'll continue popping pills, trying to manage any dissatisfaction with life via food and/or a variety of other substances, materialism, entertainment and so on. (You know, NOT deviate from the status quo.)

Interestingly enough, this type of blocked thinking can be a sign of trapped emotions.

That's right- PTSD seems to keep the mind from thinking logically. It's stuck in fight, flight, or freeze. And, it turns out nearly everyone has a degree of PTSD- from a major trauma- even birth, for many, was traumatic- or a collection of little ones.

Maybe it's part of the game we're playing.

The role of trauma could be to get a person UNSTUCK. With a crisis they get to chose to go uphill or downhill. Prime example- Hal Elrod in Miracle Morning.

But also, some decide to get unstuck BEFORE a major trauma needs to be created.

This is where energy work can be invaluable.

In my case, along with the daily SRC stress management session I now also scan myself to see if there's stress related to any particular "trapped emotion". 

If so, I then follow a combination of Carolyn Mein's and Dr. Allen's approach. Have also made this into an SRC protocol.

For the group, am doing the same- you'll see an example in today's screencast.

Speaking of which- I was traumatized yesterday when I realized there's a dull roaring sound in the background of some of these screencasts.

Don't know WHAT this is. Am not doing any more videos until it gets fixed. Am told it's a glitch in my computer's sound system - 

One last thing- the status quo believes this world is getting WORSE- but it's not true. A few statistics-

• advances in medicine since 1970 have saved lives equivalent to averting 27 plane crashes every day
• the rate of children under 5 dying has dropped by over half
• since 1990 the rate of children killed in school shootings has dropped by 75%
• since 1990 colon cancer, for men, has dropped 30%
• lung cancer has dropped by 40%, prostate cancer 45%, stomach cancer 50%
• since 1990 the rate of forcible rape has dropped by over 30%
• the homicide rate has dropped by 50% since the 1970s
• in the U.S. The population that is homeless is .1%- (20% in the world)

Maybe it's time to step out of the status quo mindset.
