CLEARING THE PATTERNS- GENERATIONAL/SPIRITUAL STRESS by Cathy D. Slaght

One of the benefits of being in the daily energy clearing group is that members can request some extra energy when a highly stressful situation emerges. This morning there was a text from someone who has what seems to be a bad cold. She asked for some energy, and also gave permission to make a youtube, but there were some glitches- so the link to the video will just be posted here.

NOTE:
The part where it identified the thymus gland as the greatest area of stress didn’t record. Also, there were details on spiritual stress that didn’t record- still, you get the idea if you follow along-
