We're looking for transformation.

There are many tools available for this and yes, the SRC may be one of the most powerful and versatile.

BUT- does ANYTHING work 100% of the time?

Because- most of the problems we experience come from programs and thoughts we don't even know are there.

This means whatever forms of trauma experienced by ancestors- AND/OR- patterns of energy coming from the environment-

- are up in OUR stuff, impacting OUR reality creation.

So, it may be true that we have 100% responsibility for our reality creation, but it's based on UNCONSCIOUS thoughts and beliefs.

Awareness of this can bring positive transformation.

And so we come to HO'OPONOPONO

You probably already know what this is, but over the past few days I've run it by a number of people who do not- as well as several who did it for a while, then forgot all about it-

So, a condensed version-

HO'OPONOPONO is a quantum energy approach to wellness that came to the attention of the Western World when Dr. Hew Len worked with it to dissolve the criminally insane ward of the Hawaii State Hospital.

It's a true story- not fake, as some claim.

And just an aside- I mentioned HO'OPONOPONO to a client this morning and she reminded me I'd told her about it 9 years ago, she still does it regularly, and it has played as amazing a part in her life.

The idea is that, since we are all ONE, we had a hand in creating any problem that comes into our reality.

If you decide to give it a try, remember this is against the grain of what we consider to be REAL- so the ego may not like it at first - which means it won't be easy- but here goes-

ANYTHING in your life that you wish WASN'T- this includes world situations -say to yourself-

Please forgive me
Thank You (this is addressed to the Divine- you are giving thanks for this pattern being erased)
I love you.

Some even do this as a mantra during the day and say it's made huge changes related to their financial abundance.

Maybe this is because, as the 4 phrases are repeated, LAYERS of blockages below the conscious mind are also cleared, which can result in a tremendous rise in voltage.

THIS then brings in inspiration from the Cosmos- and they've learned to act on it.

So, for the group- for the last few days we've been clearing stress related to subjugation, but today also scanned for clearing stress related to the urinary system.

This system removes elements that are no longer needed.

So does HO'OPONOPONO
