CONSCIOUSNESS IS THE ULTIMATE MATCHMAKER by Cathy D. Slaght

Since February 22nd some of us in the group have been doing a “chakra detox” as outlined on www.ourspirit.com

The idea is that this will help increase consciousness, or voltage.

The first step- each is 30 days- is focused on the root chakra. All that's required is to simply add a pinch of Himalayan salt to each gallon of pure water consumed.

Second step- 30 days later- focused on the sacral chakra-- is to eat 2-3 fresh vegetables/fruits every day

Seems like a good plan.

The third step, though, focused on the HARA CHAKRA, may have some drawbacks.

HARA energy deals with information carried from the gut to the brain. In other words, intuition.

For many, that line of energy is blocked because of intestinal stress.

So, the site recommended a series off detoxes and colonics.

Many BELIEVE this is good- and it's a big business- but could it be possible we're just wasting a bunch of money and maybe even damaging our health with too many detoxes and colonics?

With this in mind, today begins the solar plexus phase of the chakra detox.

This chakra has a huge impact on consciousness.

It transforms everything we eat and drink into energy for the heart chakra, which is said to be where higher consciousness begins to develop.

If there are digestive problems, consciousness may get stuck.

Some SIGNS -

Negativity, vulnerability, lack of of self worth, power issues, aggression, anger...

...and nothing- affirmations, visualization, EFT, energy work- seems to ever “work”.

Consciousness/voltage isn't high enough to match up with what is truly desired.

The focus for this chakra is the liver. Many exerts recommend liver/gallbladder flushes. But this may not be the answer. Check for yourself-

Instead, maybe it's time for us to focus on food healing.

Some examples of foods that naturally detox the liver:

garlic, grapefruit, beets, carrots, green tea, leafy green vegetables, avocados, apples, olive oil, cruciferous vegetables, lemons /limes, walnuts, cabbage, tumeric,..

Let's face it- something has to change. Too many are sick and/or living in lack.

For this phase of the detox, along with a focus on the liver and food healing, we'll also continue clearing stress related to seed program that mankind seems to share. Next is:

“YOU ARE LACKING IN THE ESSENTIALS OF WHAT YOU NEED TO GET ALONG IN LIFE”

But, did you notice that we didn't clear that first seed program- YOU ARE DEFECTIVE- until some physical rates were added to our program?

For consciousness to match up and as a result manifest what we truly desire, we can't ignore or abuse our body.

But the good news-

While physical detoxes may not be so beneficial, ETHERIC could be.
