Last night a friend came by, we went to dinner.
 
About midway through- and we always have plenty to talk about- she said, “Have you noticed I haven’t mentioned politics?’…
 
…to which I replied, “Have you noticed I haven’t either?”
 
Then we both acknowledged a level of disgust with the political system that’s taken us to the point where we really don’t care anymore.
 
Something is just WRONG
 
But there’s more- just a few examples- California fires, caravans, massive corruption coming to light in terms of sex trafficking and pedophilia…financial system concerns...and…
 
The state of our physical and mental health doesn’t seem to be up to handling all this very well.
 
(Look around)

So, back to mind chatter-   instead of hashing and re-hashing all of this, which will just create more of the same…or going into APATHY/ other forms of self-destruction
 
LET’S SHIFT OUR FOCUS
 
FIRST, put on your decoder ring.
 
NEXT: Every time a negative thought comes up, say CANCEL, CANCEL. INSTALL JOY.
 
This could bring voltage up by a few notches.
 
THIS IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE- we’re surrounded by a field of informational frequency that holds every solution to every problem.
 
Fear and/or Rage Fueled Mind Chatter keeps us from accessing it.
 
Also, maybe it’s time for more of a focus on physical health.
 
Here’s something I learned today - a friend just had a colonoscopy, had some polyps removed.
 
Her doctor said she needs to add more fiber to her diet- food like beans, nuts, berries, sweet potatoes, crunchy vegetables…
 
Yes, we already know this - but here’s what I learned- 

• we can do the following charge, via the SRC, each day-
• “charge all food eaten today with the amount of fiber needed” 
• Who knows- this could clear some fossilized programming-  

As far as our group work- today we finally went into The Wonder Click. 

The initial theme was NERVES, with conflict and resistance being PHYSICAL  

Because it took so many days to clear the “swelling stress”- and spleen markers came up so often- we also now have a 30- day Mastery program related to clearing infection-related stress. 

We’re being proactive, staying amped up-
