Lately, for individual sessions, I’ve been scanning the 12 areas of Mastery to see what the TRUE root source cause of whatever stress/problem someone is experiencing might be.

What comes up often is stress related to SELF-CONTAINMENT.

So, instead of talking about SELF-LOVE next, as was originally planned, let’s look at this.

It may tie in with mind-chatter, too.

Self-containment is the realization that it’s YOU that upsets YOURSELF.

No other person, place, or thing is to blame.

It seems, on a subconscious level, we set up emotional filters that convince us otherwise.

Some examples of “filters”- MAD, UPSET, HURT, and so on.

But we are designed to direct our own energy. It’s ESSENTIAL for creating desired reality.

Otherwise we give our power away, possibly stepping into the VICTIM/VICTIMIZER GAME.

This has a negative impact on life force and, as a result, the creation of our own reality. 

In my case- because we must examine OURSELVES, not others-

- I realize I can allow myself to get angry- and step into victim mode - when it comes to the multi-national corporations and what seems to be their control/manipulation of we, the great unwashed.

I now choose to let this go.

Otherwise, it will throw off my reality creation.

So on to today’s scan-

• we're indicating high stress related to “cure illness and un-wellness” and "spiritual" 

Looks like these things could be tied together.
Also, did some scanning related to victim/ victimizer energy.
It seems we have a little of each.
VICTIMS give their power away because they’re misinterpreting what’s happening around them.

VICTIMIZERS use this misinterpreted data to manipulate the ideas and intentions of others.

And something interesting- those who show high numbers related to victimhood also show high numbers related to being victimizers.

THIS realization might be a game changer for all of us.
