If you talk to people from other countries, they will tell you that one thing that stands out about Americans is that they’re so sad. Our depression meds ROCK- but they don’t seem to be helping much.

If you want to take a closer look, many of the kids seem TRAINWRECKED.

When you put it all together it seems kind of odd.   
Yes, our air, food, and water is saturated with chemicals. That could be a major factor. But a study of Natural Law teaches that there is a solution for everything. So, can we FACE this, and then DO something about it with some very slight changes in habits of daily living?

So, I was thinking about how FATTY ACIDS came up in yesterday’s scan when the theme was heavy metal toxicity.  Did some further YOU-TUBING (just about my favorite pastime) and realized there could be a breakthrough.

FATTY ACIDS. Stay with me on this.

We are powerful beings. But our CPUS- or brains, if you insist on calling them that- are 60% fat.  We need GOOD fats- and processing destroys them. With most everything we eat being processed in one form or another, we could now be facing the consequences of SEVERE FATTY ACID DEFICIENCY.

In addition to all the processed foods, our meats now come from grain fed animals- we need GRASS fed- because grasses are where the Omega 3-s (our apparent deficiency) come from.
Our bodies can’t make fatty acids- we MUST get them in our diet.

Even our kids- hostility, ADD, borderline personality, major depression, bipolar disorder- all can be traced back to the mother not having enough fatty acids during pregnancy.

And drug abuse? The kids could just be trying to support their brains. Seriously.

Yet I challenge you to name one doctor that mentions fatty acids to expectant mothers.

Thing is, don’t just go out and buy fatty acids. There’s good and bad. I personally like Nordic Naturals- and learned quite a bit online about DHA, so tested myself and am going to add that to what I already take.

(Which brings up a point- if you’re in the energy group, you can always call/email and I’ll gladly check your resonance with a product!)

With the daily scans, we’re clearing patterns of stress that lower voltage. As voltage rises, solutions for any situation can and do appear.

It could be that’s what happened yesterday, with the message, via our scan, FATTY ACIDS!
