DO THE NAZIS HAVE YOUR THROAT CHAKRA? by Cathy D. Slaght
With an underactive throat chakra, we “swallow” our words and emotions on a daily basis.
A few examples of how we do this- overeating, smoking, or drinking.
Other throat chakra stress giveaway- stubbornness, resistance to change, or being critical of others.
And passive aggression- you can drive people NUTS. I know, unfortunately, all too well, because I
mastered that early in life.
All these habits are suppressing old hurts- and calling in new ones
Of course the other extreme- a throat chakra that spins to excess – makes a person over-talkative. They
won’t let anybody else get a word in.
Same cause, same results.
Of course keeping chakras in the correct spin may SEEM to be a challenge, because we can’t see them,
but there are many ways to keep them balanced. One of the best may simply to eat colorful foods.
Spices count, like curcumin or turmeric.
And blue green algae- amazing superfood. I got this book on Amazon- a hardback- for just .1
THE GENESIS EFFECT; SPEARHEADING REGENERATION WITH WILD BLUE GREEN ALGAE
But another great way to balance the chakras is simply to drink water the FIRST THING when you get up
in the morning.
I’ve read that 85% of our population is chronically dehydrated. And yet the brain is 76% water!
The best way to start the day might actually be to drink as much water as possible when you first get up-
in other words, before coffee or whatever you usually drink.
MAJOR assist with weight loss- ups metabolism!
Balances the lymphatic system.
Increases production of new blood and muscle cells.
Purifies the colon, making it easier to absorb nutrients.
And another bit of trivia-
- drinking hot water after a meal won’t allow fats to congeal
And here’s what we’re doing in the energy group today – etheric, not physical
