DO YOUR ARMS AND LEGS FALL OUT OF THE BOX? by Cathy D. Slaght
The Chinese say all disease is the result of toxic emotions/thinking. The CORE toxic emotion is said to be self- hate.
The 5 Element Theory breaks this down further- via FIRE (Joy), Earth (Contemplation) Metal (Grief) Water (Fear) and Wood (Anger)
My take- and am NOT that knowledgeable, which is why I have SOFTWARE - is that the flow of these emotions represents the Creative Cycle.
As energy flows in a clockwise direction, which would mean in a state of managed stress-
-each element/emotion builds on the next.
Joy flows into Contemplation…which then can turn Grief into Inspiration…on to Fear, which is turned into Willpower, and finally to Anger, which is turned into Healthy Aggression…
… as in the type of energy that pushes the grass up, so the cycle can start again.
Beyond all this, each of us is said to be a certain Element “typology”.
If you’re working with the software or are a dowser, you can test yourself. It might be significant, because the Chinese believe if you go against your typology certain diseases may result.
Are you- Fire (lover, consciousness) Earth (provider/diplomat) Metal (judge/alchemist) Water (sage/survivor) Wood (warrior/visionary
Apparently, each Element is strengthened by certain foods, too.
The Fire Element wants bitter foods, Earth likes sweets (which can be their downfall!) Metal wants pungent foods like onions/garlic (helps to move qi), Water wants salty, Wood wants sour…
…which means none of us can really fit into the “box” of the Food Pyramid.
This stuff is fascinating, so we'll revisit it from time to time …just one example-
In Chinese Medicine, a practitioner can tell if a person has a broken heart just by looking at their nose. There will be a line- it can be very faint, maybe from years ago, but indicates the heartbreak is still somewhere in the tissues, damaging health until the stress is relieved.
Anyway, for the next 71 hours we’re working with the Issue Solver, balancing, on an etheric level, the 5 elements and related emotions.
