Thinking in terms of UNITY- loving and caring for one another-

• could this also apply to the cells of the BODY?

Could a mindset be intentionally programmed in, in the name of profit, to throw the body's CELLS out of balance, causing them to work against each other the way we HUMANS seem to?

If so, then one of the hardest parts of any wellness program would be working with the MIND.

But, fortunately - we operate like computers. This means we get OUT what we put IN.

In other words, we could start learning more about various eating approaches that could put our cells back in harmony.

That being the case, I highly recommend Dr. Robert Morse's book, “The-Detox-Miracle-Sourcebook-Raw-Foods-and-Herbs-for-Complete-Cellular-Regeneration”

Am making an SRC protocol from what I'm learning.

The heart of Dr. Morse's message: “Become alive again in all your bodies (physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.)

However, according to the SRC, I don't resonate at this time with the eating plan he recommends- primarily fruit and herbs.

BUT- there's another book in SCRIBD – The Hormone Reset Diet- that outlines an approach I DO resonate with- 92%-

The author, Sara Gottfried, M.D., suggests this reset once or maybe twice a year. (It's not really a diet.)

Today a client came by who also resonates with it, OVER going on bio-identical hormones.

Interestingly enough, she said a friend of hers is married to a top fertility doctor (another city)who says bio-identical hormone therapy doesn't work! 

(Which brings up a point- we're now learning that much of the medical information we've been given is not correct. )

Here's the essence of this 21 day reset. The first three days, give up red meat and alcohol You'll stay off these 2 substances the entire 21 days, along with the following, taking them out 3 days at a time-. first sugar. then fruit, caffeine, dairy, and toxins such are as in cleaning supplies.

(who can clean by then anyway)

But seriously, this eating plan is do-able, for me, anyway, because then there's the RE-ENTRY.

As the foods are re-entered, one at a time, there's an opportunity to see what throws you OFF.

Many who have experienced this process have been able to then totally eliminate the culprit(s) from their lifestyle because they feel so good without them.

A major advantage of working with the SRC is that resonance with the endless eating plans out there can be checked. I still resonate with the interval fasting too, so will continue with that regardless of how I eat.

As far as our scan today, etheric, not physical-it isn't very flattering. Theme is BLOOD COLD. Defensive action is MANIPULATION , and both resistance and confliction is QI

Hopefully the SRC will get these frisky cells back in line- etherically-
